Your role at Kaupang:
You will be in charge of order processing and assist in managing our liquidity on different platforms. This involves trading cryptocurrencies in response to customer orders on various exchanges, OTC-desks and crypto brokerages. You will also be responsible for transferring cryptocurrencies and fiat to customers. Customer interaction plays a role in this position. You will interact with customers to confirm trades and price offers, transfer funds and answer questions. As part of assisting with the customer onboarding process, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of our KYC and anti-money laundering processes. For our business and VIP customers, you will provide enhanced follow up, both over voice and chat, and a "white-glove" level of service.

Required experience and qualifications:
- Experience with cryptocurrency trading and transactions.
- Knowledge of major cryptocurrencies and blockchains technology
- Knowledge of trading and the financial principles related to trading
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic to intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular, Excel
- Fluent in English and Norwegian (both written and spoken)
- Experience in a broker/trading-role is a bonus
